No account is required to use AI Email Writer. However, creating an optional account allows you to sync your email history across multiple devices and access saved templates anywhere.
To restore previous purchases, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
To delete all your emails and app data, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete All Data. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export any emails you want to keep first.
Yes! AI Email Writer is free to download and use with basic features. Premium features like unlimited email generation, advanced tones, and exclusive templates are available through in-app purchases or subscription.

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the purchase and choose "Request a Refund". Apple will review and respond to your request.
